Q. Where can I get my leotards / shorts / wire walking shoes / contortion clothing / costume pieces / other clothing needs?
A. Finding the right clothing for circus has never been easy.  We spent a great many hours with the folks over at Dancers Image in Newton to make sure they knew exactly what our students need.  Just call or visit Dancer's Image and tell them you need an outfit for a Simply Circus program.  The folks over at Dancer Image will get you exactly what you need.  Please be aware that the standard outfit is appropriate for aerial programs, camps and just about any other Simply Circus program.  

If you are in a class with different uniform / clothing requirements, they can look up what you need in their computer system.  If you have any problems getting what you need, ask for Paula at Dancer's Image, she can help with any problems.

Beginning Aerial Arts Class

Q. What is the current ongoing homework for those in the beginning aerial arts class?
A. The following exercises are to be done daily:

• Everyday Stretches and Exercises
• Additional Core Exercises
  • Two Minutes of Torture
  • V-ups
• Additional Arm Exercises
  • Palm out, 6 reps
  • Palm in, 6 reps
  • Cross palm, 12 reps (6 each way)
