Splits Stretching Exercise 8

Use a couch or two soft chairs or two chairs with padding. You will need something to steady you. The couch has this. If you use chairs you can place a chair in front of your body to steady you if you need it. With your toes pointing up bounce down to 1-2-3-4-5 to get as deep an over split as you can and stay erect with a straight back. Repeat 15 times. When you can't get a deeper over split change chairs, couch or put something under to get the legs up higher.

When you sit comfortable on the floor in the over split you can also bend forward.
