Club Swinging. Anna Jillings of the Cosmos Jugglers wrote the best book on the subject of club swinging, Modern Club Swinging and Pole Spinning. Unfortunately her book has sold out, and is now often hard to come by.  Fortunately for the club swinging community, Anna has posted her book on the Cosmos Jugglers website, where you can download and print it.

Club Swinging for Physical Exercise and Recreation: A Book of Information.  This beast of a book is arguably  the best club swing resource available to serious club swingers.

American Indian Club Exercises. This page contains a few strength exercises for Indian clubs.

Dick's Indian-Club Exercises.  This is a partial reprint of a book from 1887 on dumb-bell and Indian club exercises.  

Indian Clubs (starts on the bottom of the page).  This short text from 1866 gives the reader 20 basic club swinging exercises.  

Indian Club section from "The new gymnastics for men, women and children." This short text from 1864 gives a 22 move sequence of basic club spinning movements.

The Indian Club Exercise - by Sim D. Kehoe.  This 78 page book (first published in 1866) contains a lot of great information on club swinging.
